Experience - +6 Months to 3 Years

Location - Sector 63 - Noida

Shift Timings - 10 AM to 7 PM

Working Days - Alternate Saturday Off

Required Skills -

• Proven experience in recruitment or a similar role, with a track record of successful hiring campaigns.

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in using sourcing software and candidate management systems.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Organisational and time management skills to handle multiple positions and meet tight deadlines.

JOB Responsibility -

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.

• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.

• Screen applications and conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability.

• Manage the offer process, including negotiating salaries and benefits.

• Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.

• Track and analyse key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

• Contribute to the ongoing development of our recruitment processes.

• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activity.

• Work collaboratively with other members of the HR team.

• Comply with all relevant employment legislation.
