Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates for different departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT positions (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and selection).
Source candidates using job portals, social media, references, and field sourcing.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide suitable candidates.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database.
Provide a smooth and professional experience to candidates throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
Graduate in HR, Management, or related field.
2 – 3 years of proven recruitment experience (Non-IT domain).
Strong sourcing skills (job portals like Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
