Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiter to join our growing consultancy team in Andheri West, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across various client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and job descriptions thoroughly.

• Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and internal databases.

• Conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.

• Follow up with clients and candidates post-interview for feedback and next steps.

• Maintain candidate records and update databases in a timely manner.

• Achieve monthly targets for closures and maintain quality of hire.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field; specialization in HR is a plus.

• 1–4 years of experience in a recruitment consultancy or staffing agency.

• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Shine, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

• Self-motivated and result-oriented.
