Handle PF, ESI, Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), and Professional Tax (PT) compliance.
Process employee PF and ESI registrations and exits.
Assist in statutory inspections and maintain compliance records.
Maintain employee documentation as per labour law requirements.
HR Operations
Maintain employee personnel files and HRMIS.
Issue HR letters including confirmation, promotion, transfer, warning, and experience letters.
Maintain employee database and HR reports.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies.
Employee Relations
Address employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
Coordinate employee engagement activities.
Support grievance handling and disciplinary procedures.
Promote a positive workplace environment.
Exit Management
Conduct exit formalities.
Process full and final settlement documentation.
Coordinate asset recovery and clearance.
Maintain exit records and reports.
