Job Title: HR Recruiter
Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and hands-on experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and cold calling. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring the right talent while ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct cold calling to connect with potential candidates and explain job opportunities.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare hiring reports.
Work closely with the HR team to achieve recruitment targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Knowledge of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
Experience in Candidate Sourcing through job portals and social media.
Excellent Cold Calling and communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment software/ATS is an advantage.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
