Key Responsibilities:
Needs Analysis:
Partner with hiring managers to define non-technical job requirements and specifications.
Sourcing:
Post jobs and find candidates through job boards (LinkedIn, Naukri), social media, and networking.
Screening & Interviewing:
Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Candidate Management:
Maintain candidate databases, track progress, provide updates, and ensure a positive experience.
Offer & Onboarding:
Extend offers, negotiate, and facilitate the hiring process.
Strategy:
Develop recruitment plans, stay updated on market trends, and use convincing skills to attract talent.
