Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding

Screen candidates and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders

Facilitate joining formalities and conduct employee induction programs

Support HR operations, including employee documentation and statutory compliance (PF & ESIC)

Maintain and update HRMS records accurately

Generate HR reports and provide data support as required

Working Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
