We are looking for an HR Recruiter to help us find and hire talented candidates for our company. The recruiter will handle the full recruitment process, from posting jobs to scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees.
Responsibilities
Post job openings on job portals and social media
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
Conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Support onboarding of new employees
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in recruitment is a plus
