HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

• Conduct preliminary HR interviews

• Maintain and update the recruitment tracker

• Draft job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms

• Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring needs

• Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings

• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

• Handle the onboarding formalities of selected candidates

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

• Proven experience as an HR recruiter or similar role is preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and recruiting tools

• Comfortable working independently and remotely

• Target and deadline-oriented mindset
