Experience:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the relevant field

Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Profile:

Handle end-to-end recruitment across various sectors and job roles
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies
Source candidates through job portals, internal databases, referrals, and social networks
Coordinate with clients and manage interview scheduling, feedback, and closures
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Foundit, and Shine
