Job Summary:

We are hiring an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with 1 year of experience to join our team at Nariman Point, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have excellent computer operating skills and strong English communication abilities. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment cycle and supporting general HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

Post job openings on various platforms and manage candidate databases

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers

Maintain accurate records of recruitment and HR activities

Draft offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR documentation

Assist with employee onboarding and induction processes

Support daily HR operations and general administrative duties

Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in HR recruitment

Strong computer skills (MS Office, email, online recruitment tools)

Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal

Ability to multitask and manage deadlines

Professional, organized, and detail-oriented

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)

Basic understanding of HR policies and procedures
