Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Hiring : Manage the entire recruiting process for specialized technical positions across various sectors (Engineering, IT, Oil & Gas, Construction).
Sourcing & Screening : Actively search for and attract candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other major portals. Screen, interview, and assess talent for technical fit.
Client & Candidate Management:
• Craft detailed job descriptions.
• Schedule and manage all client interviews, feedback, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams and international clients to define hiring needs.
Reporting & Strategy : Maintain accurate hiring reports and stay current on industry trends to ensure quick closures and a positive candidate experience.
Skills : Strong proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms.
Knowledge : Solid understanding of technical job roles and industry-specific terminology.
Communication : Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
Bonus : Previous experience in overseas/international recruitment is a plus. Strong proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms.
