Job description:
Experience in Agriculture Equipment industries/Fertilizers, Beverage / Brewery / Distillery, Manufacturing & Production.
Must have 3-5+ years in Human Resource most into Recruitment also in employee relations
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Plan and execute the end-to-end hiring process (sourcing, screening, interviews, selection).Develop job descriptions in collaboration with department heads.Manage employee onboarding and induction to ensure a smooth transition.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances to maintain a positive work culture.Plan and implement employee engagement activities (team-building, celebrations, etc.).Conduct stay interviews and exit interviews to improve retention strategies.
Key Performance Metrics (KPIs):
Recruitment Efficiency: Time taken to fill open positions.
Employee Retention Rate: Reduced attrition and increased employee satisfaction.
