Job Title: HR Recruiter – Bulk Hiring
Job Purpose:
To manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements across various roles, ensuring timely closures by sourcing, screening, and onboarding suitable candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle bulk hiring requirements for frontline/entry-level positions (e.g., field staff, delivery executives, telecallers, sales promoters, etc.).
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer closure.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, walk-ins, campus hiring, and local networks.
Conduct telephonic/face-to-face interviews and assess candidate suitability as per client requirements.
Coordinate with hiring managers and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Maintain daily/weekly MIS reports of recruitment status and ensure target achievement.
Manage high-volume hiring within tight deadlines.
Support onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.
Requirements:
Education: Graduate/Any Degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred but not mandatory).
Experience: 1–4 years of experience in bulk hiring / mass recruitment.
Hands-on experience with job portals, social media hiring, walk-ins, and referral drives.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve daily/weekly hiring targets.
Experience in staffing, BPO, FMCG, e-commerce, or delivery/logistics hiring will be an added advantage.
