Working Days: 6 Days a Week Job Summary Acknowledger First is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR IT Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment and candidate sourcing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing quality IT professionals through various job portals and networking platforms, screening candidates, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill hiring requirements within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Source IT candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, and other recruitment platforms.

• Understand client requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.

• Screen candidate profiles based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.

• Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process until onboarding.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases with accurate information.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

• Stay updated on current IT technologies, hiring trends, and market conditions.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of IT recruitment and candidate sourcing.

• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Monster.

• Good understanding of IT technologies and technical skill sets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Recruitment.

• Experience in candidate sourcing is mandatory.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Willingness to work from the Bangalore office.
