The Role: What You’ll Do

Manage End-to-End Bulk Recruitment for leading BPO clients.

Source candidates through diverse channels: Job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

Screen and interview candidates to ensure a high selection ratio.

Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Should be open to take leadership and handle targets and pressure.

Meet daily and monthly placement targets in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Previous experience in BPO/Bulk hiring is a major plus, but we value skills and drive above all.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with candidates effectively.

Mindset: A "target-driven" attitude with the ability to handle high-volume requirements.

Tech Savvy: Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment tools.
