Job Description

We are looking for a HR Recruiter to join our team Accentrix Solutions to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of 15 k - 18k take home and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Selected Candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Searching candidates from internal databases, references, and external entities like Boolean searches, mass mailing through job portals, job postings, and social media platforms.

2. Working on end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and screening profiles as per requirement.

3. Shortlisting the candidates according to our client's requirements and screening them to showcase for the interview procedure, and following up till their selection and joining process.

It is going to be 6 days working (Monday to Saturday)
