Role 1: HR Recruiter (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for various roles.

• Create and update job descriptions as per hiring needs.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.

• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and evaluate candidates.

• Coordinate with hiring managers and schedule interviews.

• Maintain applicant tracking and documentation.

• Assist in background verification processes.

Job Requirements:

• Only female candidates with excellent communication skills.

• Age should be below 25 years.

• Qualification: Any graduate.

• Experience: Freshers to 2 years of experience in HR or recruitment.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.

• Working Days: 6 days/week (Sunday fixed off).

• Day shift only.

Role 2: HR Recruitment Intern (6 Months Internship)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.

• Learn the fundamentals of end-to-end recruitment.

• Support the HR team in scheduling interviews and maintaining records.

• Update job postings and assist in employer branding initiatives.

• Get hands-on exposure to real-time hiring processes.

Eligibility:

• Only female candidates pursuing graduation or recently graduated.

• Looking to build a career in HR/recruitment.

• Strong communication and eagerness to learn.

• Internship Duration: 6 months.

• Day shift, Sunday off.
