Position: HR Recruiter – Bulk Hiring
Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month (in-hand)
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday fixed

Minimum Qualification: HSC / 12th Pass
Experience: Prior HR recruitment experience preferred

We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and experienced HR Recruiter – Bulk Hiring to join our team at CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai.

We are looking for candidates who have hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, telephonic screening, interview coordination, and bulk hiring. The ideal candidate should be comfortable making recruitment calls, handling multiple vacancies, following up with candidates, and working towards hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple open positions.

• Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.

• Make outbound calls to prospective candidates and explain job opportunities.

• Screen candidates based on job requirements, qualifications, experience, communication skills, and availability.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and the concerned hiring team.

• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, selection status, documentation, and joining dates.

• Maintain a steady pipeline of suitable candidates to fulfil bulk-hiring requirements.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Reduce interview no-shows and candidate dropouts through consistent follow-ups.

• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and vacancy status.

• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Minimum HSC / 12th Pass.

• Graduates and candidates with additional HR qualifications are also welcome to apply.

Experience

• Previous experience in HR recruitment is preferred.

• Candidates with bulk-hiring experience will be given priority during the selection process.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment may also apply.

Communication Skills

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Hindi and/or Marathi communication skills are beneficial.

• English is preferred but not mandatory.

• Candidates should be confident while speaking with prospective applicants over the phone.
