Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter cum Admin to support our recruitment efforts and administrative functions. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, employee documentation, and daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process across various departments.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Review resumes, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews.
Maintain recruitment records and candidate database.
Prepare and send offer letters and coordinate onboarding procedures.
HR & Administration:
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
Assist with employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Track attendance and leaves; support payroll input and documentation.
Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and general administrative tasks.
Assist in implementing company policies and maintaining compliance.
Support employee engagement activities and day-to-day HR operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR systems.
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
