We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated freshers who are passionate about building a career in Human Resources. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations within a fast-paced and dynamic logistics company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks

• Maintain and update employee records

• Support the onboarding and exit process

• Help with attendance, payroll coordination, and documentation

• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities

• Coordinate with different departments for HR-related matters

• Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling employee data

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc., etc.)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

• Eager to learn and grow in the HR field

• Residing in or willing to commute to Goregaon
