Working Days – 6 days (Mon to Sat)

Job Description –

Handle all employee grievances

Manage employee attendance

Address employee queries on leaves, advances, etc.

Conduct joining formalities and manage employee appointment letters

No involvement in payroll activities

Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience

Mature, smart, and strong communication skills

Basic Excel proficiency

Good general awareness and common sense

Ability to communicate clearly and follow up when needed
