Location: Nagrik Store (Thane)

Handle end-to-end recruitment for store-level positions (Sales Staff, Cashiers, Helpers, etc.)
Coordinate job postings, screening, interviews, and selection
Complete joining formalities and maintain employee records
Track daily attendance and leaves
Ensure timely submission of data for salary processing
Handle salary queries and maintain payroll accuracy
Coordinate shift schedules and weekly offs
Maintain performance records and KPI reports for store staff
Coordinate with management for periodic performance reviews
Support appraisal discussions and implement salary increments as per policy
Maintain employee files and documents
Ensure adherence to company HR policies at the store level
Coordinate with HO HR for policy updates and audits
Address staff concerns and escalate issues as needed
Promote a positive and disciplined work environment
Monitor staff grooming and conduct standards
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, or related field
1–3 years of experience in store-level HR operations
Familiarity with payroll, recruitment, performance tracking, and appraisals
Strong communication, coordination, and people management skills
Working knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation
