Job Description

Job Title: HR Operations

Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

Project Initiation Compliance:-

·       Ensure that before starting any project, the engineer has received all required inputs.

·       Validate that all inputs are complete and verified.

Work Delivery & Handover

·       Confirm that engineers verify their own work before submission.

·       Ensure the handover checklist is properly filled before delivery.

Project Closure

·       Verify that engineers share final backups with clients upon completion.

Resource Allocation

·       Ensure the Resource Manager assigns engineers strictly as per project requirements.

Pre-deputation Readiness

·       Confirm that the Resource Manager and Buddy Lead validate:

·       Engineer’s understanding of tasks

·       Completion of proper knowledge transfer (KT)

Daily Reporting

·       Ensure engineers submit and email Daily Progress Reports (DPR) consistently.

Expense Management

·       Track and ensure timely submission of all site expenses.

Client Approvals

·       Monitor that all required client approvals are received on time.

·       Highlight and escalate delays proactively.

Billing Process

·       Ensure all billing is completed on time.

·       Cross-check every bill thoroughly before sending to clients.

Invoice Booking

  • Confirm that submitted bills are booked promptly with the client.

Payment Follow-ups

  • Initiate payment follow-ups at least one week before the due date.

Revenue Tracking

  • Ensure all bills are booked and payments are received within timelines.

Client Communication

  • Ensure all emails from clients to Admin and Resource Managers are responded to promptly.

Process Compliance

  • Verify that all engineer assignments strictly follow defined processes.
