Job Responsibilities

  • Handle DMS/Omni activities, including printing, tagging, scanning, uploading, and preparing files for IRF Field and HO.

  • Manage File Management for IRF, ensuring proper documentation, organization, and timely availability of files.

  • Coordinate and manage ID Card and Visiting Card requirements.

  • Handle LMS-related activities, including ID Card management and coordination.

  • Maintain proper records and ensure documents are systematically filed and updated.

  • Coordinate with relevant teams for document and file-related requirements.

  • Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned HR administrative activities.
