Interview Scheduling: Schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and panel members; manage reschedules without confusion.
Candidate Communication: Share interview details, follow-ups, feedback updates, and offer-related communication professionally.
Data & Tracker Management: Maintain recruitment trackers, CV databases, interview status, and joining reports.
Offer & Documentation Support: Assist in issuing offer letters, collect documents, verify details, and coordinate joining formalities.
Onboarding Coordination: Coordinate pre-joining formalities, DOJ confirmation, and handover to HR operations.
MIS & Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly hiring reports, aging reports, and requirement status for management.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills (non-negotiable)
Clear verbal and written communication
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
Working knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring metrics
Proficiency in Excel and job portals
Professional etiquette while dealing with senior stakeholders and candidates
