Lead and manage HR operations for all business units in the North Region.
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and internal HR policies.
Oversee employee lifecycle processes: recruitment support, onboarding, employee records, transfers, and exits.
Manage HR systems and ensure accurate HR data and reporting.
Act as the first point of contact for HR queries and employee relations matters.
Coordinate with payroll and benefits teams to ensure accurate and timely execution.
Drive HR process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Support internal audits and ensure documentation is up to date.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and other HR verticals to support regional HR initiatives.
Monitor HR metrics and provide regular updates to HR leadership.
Guide and develop local HR teams or representatives (if any).
