2. JOB SUMMARY - WE ARE SEEKING A DYNAMIC AND EXPERIENCED SENIOR HR MANAGER TO LEAD AND MANAGE ALL ASPECTS OF HUMAN

   RESOURCES PRACTICES AND PROCESSES. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL PLAY A STRATEGIC ROLE IN WORKFORCE

   PLANNING , TALENT MANAGEMENT, PERFORMANCE DEVELOPMENT , AND ENSURING ALIGNMENT BETWEEN HR AND

   BUSINESS OBJECTIVES.

3. RESPONSIBILITY - HR POLICIES IMPLEMENT, PAYROLL , ATTENDANCE , ENSURE COMPIANCE WITH LABOUR LAWS, PERFORMANCE

   APPRAISAL SYSTEM, HANDLE CONFICT RESOLUTION, DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS, COLLABORATE WITH DEPARTMENT HEADS.

4. QUALIFICATION - MBA (HR) , 6+YEARS OF HR EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE OF LABOR LAWS , HR SYSTEM. KNOWLEDGE ESSL SOFTWARE.

5. WORKING HOURS - 10:00 AM TO 6:30 PM.

6. LOCATION - K.C. CREATIONS FABRICS PVT. LTD. (HARKESH NAGAR OKHLA, PHASE - 2 ).
