We are looking for a HR Generalist to join our team at A2Z YOUTHSOLUTION to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate induction programs and ensure smooth employee integration.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
Drive engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and retention programs.
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain HR records, employee files, and HRMS data accuracy.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Support payroll processing and coordinate with finance for salary disbursement.
Performance Management
Assist in goal-setting, appraisal cycles, and performance reviews.
Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement.
Policy & Process Improvement
Draft, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes for efficiency.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 5 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
