About the Role
SP Capital Services is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team in Vijayawada. The candidate will be responsible for hiring suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for available positions.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining dates.
Support onboarding and joining formalities.
Achieve recruitment targets within the given timelines.
Requirements
Any degree or relevant qualification.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Ability to identify and evaluate suitable candidates.
Knowledge of MS Office and job portals is an advantage.
Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
