We are looking for a HR Operation & Payroll to join our team at SafeHands to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
Process monthly payroll ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Manage salary structures, deductions, reimbursements, and F&F settlements
Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement and reconciliations
Handle employee queries related to payroll and taxation
HR Operations:
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
Maintain and update employee data on Keka HRMS
Ensure smooth documentation, BGV, and HRMS workflows
Manage attendance, leave, and policy implementation via Keka
Drive process improvements for operational efficiency
Compliance & Statutory:
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements
Manage PF, ESIC, PT, and other statutory filings
Support internal/external audits and compliance checks
Maintain proper documentation for legal and audit purposes
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 3 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
