HR Operation Executive

Reports To: HR Operations Manager
Duration: 6 Months
Type: Trainee Program

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.

• Support the onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Help prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews and training sessions.

• Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.

• Assist with payroll data collection and leave tracking.

• Participate in audits and compliance activities.

• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within HR operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Eagerness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment
