employee Relations & Policy Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies in line with labour laws and healthcare regulations; handle employee grievances, maintain staff records, and support employee retention programs.
Performance Management & Training: Implement performance appraisal cycles; identify training needs (e.g., compliance, patient care protocols, soft skills) and coordinate ongoing staff training.
Reporting & Metrics: Provide regular HR/Operations reports: headcount, attrition, staffing ratios, training hours, compliance status to senior management.
