Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes, including shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.

• Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.

• Support payroll processing and leave management.

• Prepare HR reports and MIS using MS Excel.

• Assist in onboarding and induction processes.

• Handle employee queries and support HR operations as required.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations or related field.

• Proficiency in MS Excel (data management, formulas, basic reporting).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Knowledge of HR processes like recruitment, onboarding, and payroll is a plus.
