Key Responsibilities1. Human Resource ManagementRecruit, onboard, and coordinate orientation for new dental staff (dentists, assistants, receptionists, and support staff).Maintain up-to-date employee records including attendance, leave, performance, and compliance documents.Prepare and issue appointment letters, offer letters, and experience certificates.Monitor staff punctuality, discipline, and dress code as per clinic policies.Support employee engagement activities to boost morale and teamwork.Handle grievance redressal with professionalism and confidentiality.Coordinate training sessions and skill-development workshops for staff.---2. Payroll & ComplianceManage monthly attendance and leave reports for accurate payroll processing.Coordinate with accounts/finance for salary disbursement, incentives, and statutory deductions (PF/ESI/PT etc.).Ensure compliance with labor laws, clinic policies, and regulatory requirements.Maintain confidentiality of employee compensation and benefits.---3. Administrative DutiesOversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the clinic.Ensure proper maintenance of clinic premises, equipment, and supplies.Manage vendor relations for housekeeping, waste disposal, dental materials, and other procurement.Handle inventory of stationery, uniforms, and general consumables.Coordinate with IT for smooth functioning of clinic software and systems.Maintain records of licenses, certifications, insurance, AMC, and renewals on time.---4. Patient & Front-Desk Support (as required)Supervise front-desk staff to ensure professional patient handling and service excellence.Assist in resolving patient concerns related to billing, appointments, or staff conduct.Ensure confidentiality of patient records and data as per medical ethics.---5. Reporting & CommunicationPrepare weekly/monthly HR & admin reports for management review.Act as the communication bridge between staff and management.Support in implementing new policies and process improvements across the clinic.---Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of basic labor laws and payroll processes.Organizational and time-management abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and clinic management software.Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
