 To be responsible for Payroll Management & Grievance

Handling.

 To be responsible for Attendance, Leave management & Full &

Final Settlement of employees.

 To be responsible for all Statutory Compliance of GSP Nutrition

Plant as per Acts.

 To be responsible for Admin functions like Hygiene, Canteen,

Stationary, Pantry etc.

 To ensure Contract Labour Act’s compliance (Manpower,

Monthly Bill & it’s Compliance) in Plant

 Other duty assigned by Plant Head time to time.
