HR & Admin Executive
looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive with minimum 1 year of experience to join our growing team in Ramesh Nagar, Delhi.
🔹 Role Overview:
This role involves managing the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding, along with handling HR policies, employee coordination, and administrative responsibilities. You will act as a key link between employees and management to ensure smooth communication and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
•	Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
•	Source candidates through portals like Job Hai, Apna App, Shine, Naukri, Indeed, WorkIndia, and LinkedIn
•	Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews
•	Conduct initial HR screening and schedule further interview rounds
•	Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements and feedback

2. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management:
•	Manage joining formalities and onboarding process
•	Ensure proper documentation (offer letters, ID proofs, agreements, etc.)
•	Conduct employee induction and orientation sessions
•	Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

3. HR Policies & Compliance:
•	Assist in implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures
•	Ensure employees are aware of company policies and guidelines
•	Handle basic compliance-related documentation and record-keeping
•	Support in policy updates and internal communication

4. Employee Coordination & Engagement:
•	Act as a point of contact between employees and management
•	Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and workplace concerns
•	Support employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work environment
•	Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow

5. Administrative & IT Coordination:
•	Manage office administration activities
•	Handle laptop allocation, accessories, and IT asset tracking
•	Coordinate with IT team for system setup, email creation, and issue resolution
•	Maintain office records, vendor coordination, and general admin support

Required Skills:
•	Hands-on experience in recruitment portals (Job Hai, Apna, Shine, Naukri, Indeed, WorkIndia, LinkedIn)
•	Strong understanding of onboarding and HR processes
•	Knowledge of HR policies and employee handling
•	Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•	Good organizational and multitasking abilities
