Job Summary: The HR and Administration Executive will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, with a strong emphasis on recruitment and performance management, as well as overseeing general administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

HR Roles:
Pre-Recruitment:
Thoroughly understand recruitment requirements and successfully recruit professionals within a given timeframe.
Interact with the technical panel to understand their specific requirements.
Source suitable candidates through various job portals like Naukri, Jobshead, and Monster.
Shortlist, coordinate, schedule, and interview candidates to assess skill match.
Conduct telephonic or personal interviews to gather preliminary information regarding salaries, availability, notice period, experience, and expected CTC.
Submit shortlisted profiles and schedule interviews with relevant Technical Heads.
Negotiate salary and notice period with candidates and follow up until they join the organization.
Post-Recruitment & Onboarding:
Issue offer letters and appointment letters to new employees.
Standardize the joining formalities process for new employees (Welcome circular, Introduction, Employee Code, ID Cards, Stationery, Bank Account, Reference check, ESS, Time Sheet, etc.).
Conduct induction for new employees to familiarize them with organizational policies and procedures and facilitate interaction with different functional heads.
Employee Relations:
Handle various issues and queries related to HR departments.
Maintain labor records.
Conduct exit interviews and provide experience letters as per regulations.
Celebrate various events like Ganpati Utsav, Diwali, Employees' Birthdays, and outdoor trips.
Appraisals & Performance Management System (PMS):
Understand, create, and implement the Performance Management System (PMS).
Develop Job Descriptions (JDs), Key Result Areas (KRAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for various positions.
Take daily reports from various departments.
Conduct review meetings (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly/quarterly).
Report on each employee's performance index related to organizational goals.
Take decisions regarding appraisals, demotions, hiring, or firing based on candidate performance.
Maintain records of employee status changes (confirmation, probation).
Maintain appraisal details (half-day leaves, late days, productivity, etc.) and forward to HOD for further procedures.
Maintain all employee-related records.
Policy & Grievances:
Formulate and update policies as per organizational requirements for growth.
Implement and review policies to achieve organizational goals.
Take action for those who follow policies and perform, or those who don't.
Track individual performance towards organizational goals.
Make employees aware of situations to improve performance, fostering personal and organizational growth.
Handle employee grievances or upgradation-related work.
Admin Roles:
Oversee housekeeping.
Vendor follow-up and payments.
Manage stationery supplies.
Coordinate electrical and carpentry related works.
Handle ticket booking.
Check expenses.
Organize parties and functions.
Follow up with various departments.
Prepare daily DOMM and MIS reports.
Cold calling with prospective customers.
Emails or connecting various customers for their requirements.
Qualifications:
MBA with specialization in HR or Business Administration.
Skills:
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Capable of understanding organizational requirements.
Self-motivated with leadership qualities.
Goal-oriented.
Good experience in recruitment and performance management system.
