📍Location: Preferably between Naigaon–Virar | 🚗 Pickup & Drop from Vasai, Virar, Nalasopara

💰Salary: ₹18,000–19,000 Gross + Variables (₹2.7–3 LPA)

👤Gender: Open to all | 🎓Qualification: Any Graduate

🧑‍💼Experience: 0–2 years (Relevant HR/recruitment experience preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

🔹Recruitment (50%) – Internal Hiring (IT & Non-IT)

Independently manage end-to-end recruitment

Sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding

No targets or agency hiring

🔹HR Generalist Support (50%)

Assist in employee onboarding, engagement, and basic HR ops

Help manage leave, performance tracking, and internal processes

Preferred Candidate:

✅ Must have experience handling recruitment independently

✅ Strong communication, multitasking & basic HR knowledge
