Job Description: HR Operations Executive
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Operations Executive to handle day-to-day HR operational activities. The role involves managing attendance, leave records, payroll support, employee documentation, and ensuring smooth HR processes. The ideal candidate should have basic HR knowledge, good communication skills, and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
1. Attendance Management
Maintain accurate daily employee attendance records
Monitor late coming, half days, and absences
Prepare and share periodic attendance reports
2. Leave Management
Manage employee leave applications and approval processes
Maintain and regularly update leave balances
3. Payroll Support
Prepare and share attendance data for salary processing
Maintain records of overtime, deductions, and adjustments
4. Employee Records Management
Maintain and organize employee joining documents
Update and manage employee database regularly
5. HR Documentation
Prepare and maintain offer letters and appointment letters
Handle proper filing of documents (digital and physical)
6. Compliance & Employee Support
Ensure adherence to basic HR policies and procedures
Handle employee queries related to HR operations
7. Onboarding & Joining Process
Manage new employee onboarding and induction process
Ensure smooth completion of joining formalities and documentation
Required Skills
Basic understanding of HR operations
Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, VLOOKUP preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
