Job Title: HR Operations Executive
Key Result Areas (KRA):
Manage end-to-end recruitment & onboarding
Maintain employee records, attendance & documentation
Ensure timely payroll inputs & coordination
Handle employee queries, grievances & HR support
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws)
Coordinate with site teams for manpower planning
Monitor attrition, absenteeism & staff retention
Maintain MIS reports and HR data accuracy
