We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, HR documentation, ESS entries, and employee data management. The role requires strong coordination skills, accuracy in record-keeping, and adherence to company policies.Key Responsibilities1. Employee OnboardingCoordinate the complete onboarding process for new joiners.Collect, verify, and maintain joining documents such as KYC, educational certificates, experience letters, bank details, PF/ESI documents, etc.Share verified documents with the recruitment team for background verification (BGV).Prepare onboarding checklists and maintain index files.Coordinate employee orientation and joining formalities with site locations and Head Office.2. ESS (Employee Self Service) / HRMS ManagementCreate and update employee profiles in HRMS/ESS.Enter and maintain accurate personal, employment, bank, PF, ESI, and nominee details.Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in the system.3. Personal File ManagementCreate and maintain employee personal files (both physical and digital).Scan, index, and update documents systematically.Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of employee records as per company policy.4. Employee Status ManagementUpdate employee status related to joining, confirmation, transfer, role changes, and exits in HR systems.Maintain and update employee master data in HRIS.5. ID Card & Access ManagementCoordinate issuance of employee ID cards.Maintain ID card records and handle replacement requests.Coordinate access activation and deactivation during onboarding and exit processes.Skills & CompetenciesKnowledge of HR operations, onboarding, and documentation.Familiarity with HRMS/ESS systems.Good organizational and record-management skills.Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.Ability to maintain confidentiality and compliance.Good communication and coordination skills.
