Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for roles such as Helper, Operator, Technician, Loader, Packer, Driver, Machine Operator, etc.
Handle end-to-end recruitment including candidate sourcing, interviews, and joining coordination.
Build and manage strong databases of blue-collar manpower from multiple sourcing channels.
Conduct daily calling, interviewing, and explaining job details, salary structure, and shift timings.
Coordinate with HR, plant teams, and client hiring managers for interview scheduling and deployment.
Maintain MIS reports, daily tracking sheets, and candidate pipelines.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly manpower targets for clients.
Visit local markets, institutes, skill centers, or labour hubs when required for bulk mobilization.
Manage candidate onboarding, document collection, and joining formalities.
Ensure timelines and quality standards for all recruitment deliverables.
Minimum 0–3 years of experience in blue-collar / bulk hiring.
Strong knowledge of field sourcing, job portals, referrals, and local manpower networks.
Good communication skills and ability to convince candidates.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet high-volume hiring targets.
Willingness to travel for mobilization drives when needed.
