ole Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end HR operational activities, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, support employees throughout the employee lifecycle, and maintain effective HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-boarding and onboarding of employees

PF & ESIC coordination and statutory compliance

HR documentation and employee records management

Implementation and communication of HR policies

Training coordination and support

Handling employee relations and grievances

Managing exit formalities including FFS and gratuity letters

Requirements

Graduate/Post-graduate in HR or related field

Experience in HR operations preferred

Knowledge of PF, ESIC, HR policies and compliance

Good communication and coordination skills
