HR/Admin HR Operation Executive

Job Title: HR Operations Executive(Male candidates only)

Location: Ghansoli Mumbai
Salary: 25k per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage daily HR activities, employee coordination, and reporting. The role involves close interaction with field teams, ensuring smooth attendance tracking, onboarding, and operational HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain daily attendance of employees.
  Should have experience in recruitment Non IT.

• Conduct daily employee connect to ensure engagement and issue resolution.

• Track and manage employee quarry (queries) and provide timely resolutions.

• Maintain and update employee exit and hiring status.

• Handle new joiners’ induction and onboarding processes.

• Conduct employee pulse connects for feedback and engagement.

• Send reminders for pending attendance and TA (Travel Allowance) submissions to ASEs.

• Perform employee mapping checks and updates regularly.

• Share active employee headcount (HC) reports with SM & ASM.

• Prepare and submit weekly HR reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in HR operations (preferred).

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
