We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Associate to join our growing team.
ThisKey Responsibilities: •
Recruitment & Onboarding: o Coordinate and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for frontline and backend roles.
Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and follow up with candidates.
Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees and maintain onboarding documentation.
Employee Engagement:
Assist in planning and executing engagement activities and recognition programs.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Attendance & Payroll Coordination:
Track and validate attendance data across zones.
Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure timely salary processing and resolve discrepancies.
HR Operations:
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
Prepare reports on HR metrics such as attrition, hiring status, and engagement scores.
Ensure adherence to internal HR policies and procedures.
Compliance & Documentation:
Maintain statutory compliance records (ESI, PF, labor laws).
Assist with audits and HR documentation.
