Role Summary
The HR Manager is responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, and workforce planning for the hospital. The role ensures that the organization attracts, develops, and retains skilled healthcare and administrative professionals while maintaining compliance with HR policies and labor regulations. Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles.
• Develop manpower planning strategies with department heads.
• Implement HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and HR compliance.
• Conduct performance reviews and support employee development.
• Coordinate training programs for hospital staff.
• Support leadership in organizational culture and employee engagement.

Qualifications
