Job Description

HR Manager – Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to joining) for all roles

  • Plan and execute bulk hiring (nurses, RMOs, sales, reception, etc.)

  • Handle job postings, screening, interviews & offer rollout

  • Ensure daily hiring targets and joining numbers are met

  • Manage employee onboarding & induction process

  • Maintain employee records, attendance & documentation

  • Coordinate for salary processing & basic payroll inputs

  • Handle employee queries, grievances & retention issues

  • Drive HR policies, discipline & compliance in hospital

  • Track and report daily/weekly hiring & HR metrics

  • Support training coordination and performance tracking

  • Ensure proper exit process & feedback collection
