Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs.
Employee Engagement & Relations
Implement employee engagement activities to boost morale and retention.
Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and resolve workplace issues.
HR Policies & Compliance
Draft, update, and implement HR policies in line with labor laws.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
Performance Management
Support the performance appraisal process.
Work with managers to identify training needs and career development opportunities.
Payroll & Attendance
Oversee attendance management and leave records.
Coordinate with accounts/finance team for payroll processing.
HR Administration
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Prepare HR reports for management review.
