About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Palwal. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in recruitment and compliance, with excellent communication skills to manage end-to-end HR functions effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Payroll:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

• Identify and attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.

• Compliance Management:

• Ensure the organization adheres to all relevant labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in accordance with legal requirements.

• Address employee queries related to compliance and implement necessary updates to stay compliant.

• HR Operations:

• Oversee employee lifecycle activities, such as onboarding, performance reviews, and exit formalities.

• Support employee engagement initiatives and facilitate grievance resolution.

• Prepare and maintain HR reports, metrics, and dashboards to support decision-making.

• Communication and Coordination:

• Act as a liaison between management and employees to ensure smooth communication and operations.

• Effectively communicate company policies and procedures across the organization, ensuring they are understood and followed.

Requirements

• Education: A graduate degree in any discipline.

• Experience: Proven experience (5 years) in recruitment, Payroll and HR compliance.

• Skills:

• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, statutory compliance, and HR operations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software is a plus.
